Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Zhirkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grand Master Yip Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yip Man has chosen Everything in it's right place as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhirkov cracks the inside of Yip Man's front leg.

Zhirkov stuffs the takedown attempt from Yip Man. Yip Man gets slowly back to his feet.

Robert Zhirkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yip Man changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Zhirkov tries to avoid it but Yip Man manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Zhirkov to the ground. Zhirkov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Zhirkov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Yip Man has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Zhirkov has managed to get both his arms back between Yip Man's legs - danger averted.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Zhirkov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
