Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Ganter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thor Odin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John Ganter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Thor Odin!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ganter throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ganter looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Odin bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ganter's head.
Ganter tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Odin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ganter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Odin throws a one two combo.
Ganter works over Odin's head and body with a nice combination.
Ganter tries to clinch but Odin moves out of range.
Odin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ganter manages to avoid it.
Odin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice jab there from Odin.
Odin jabs Ganter to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ganter checks a leg kick nicely.
Odin misses with a hook. Ganter ducked under it nicely.
Odin scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ganter looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Odin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sloppy strikes from Odin. Those never looked like landing.
Odin connects with a stiff jab that staggers Ganter - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Thor Odin!
