Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maxwell Woodward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronnie Crimeface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Maxwell Woodward!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ronnie Crimeface!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Crimeface darts in and clinches Woodward up against the cage.
Crimeface has Woodward pressed against the cage, preventing Woodward from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Woodward breaks from the clinch.
Ronnie Crimeface seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Woodward drives through with a takedown into Crimeface's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Crimeface is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Woodward is aware though and is defending well.

Crimeface is pulling down on Woodward's head. It's preventing any offense from Woodward, at least for the moment.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ronnie Crimeface hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Crimeface rushes Woodward and presses him up against the cage.

Woodward with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Woodward looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Crimeface tries to reverse the position but Woodward maintains control.

Woodward working for a guillotine from mount but Crimeface is in no mood to give up.
Crimeface sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Crimeface is trying to stand back up but Woodward is controlling him

Woodward is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Maxwell Woodward will probably get the nod.

Crimeface tightens his grip and picks Woodward up, before dumping him to the ground. Woodward manages to land in guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Woodward holds on and takes a little breather.

That was a close second round but I would say that Maxwell Woodward will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Woodward uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Crimeface.
Crimeface throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Woodward.
