The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harp ducks under a wild hook from Dingdown.
Dingdown ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Harp fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Dingdown checks it well.
Dingdown bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Harp scores with a head kick. Dingdown tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Dingdown lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ben Dingdown is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Dingdown felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Leslie Harp.
I think Harp has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
