The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zelenko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ladislau shoots in looking for a takedown. Zelenko tries to sprawl out of it but Ladislau keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zelenko manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Ladislau keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Zelenko's efforts to push away.

Zelenko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ladislau looks for a takedown but Zelenko sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marty Ladislau. That's going to take a lot out of him.
