Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Josh Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pinkynho Romeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pinkynho Romeiro has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romeiro with a jab.
Pinkynho Romeiro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ferguson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Romeiro, pushing him back against the cage.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Ferguson advances to half guard.
Ferguson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Romeiro does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Ferguson has control of Romeiro's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Romeiro regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Romeiro fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ferguson.
Ferguson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Romeiro tries to avoid it but Ferguson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Romeiro to the ground. Romeiro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Romeiro misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Romeiro fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ferguson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Ferguson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Romeiro is fending him off so far but Ferguson persists. Nope, Romeiro circles away and we're back to standing.
Romeiro is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Pinkynho Romeiro showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Romeiro sizes up Ferguson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Ferguson is rocked!
It looks like Josh Ferguson has been cut.
Ferguson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Romeiro's waist but Romeiro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ferguson off to one side.
Oh Ferguson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Romeiro goes for a small jab and connects. Now Romeiro goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Ferguson stumbles back but Romeiro runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Ferguson to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Ferguson will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
