Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cutler throws a head kick but Austin moves out of range.
Cutler looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Austin shoots in and bounces Cutler off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Austin makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Austin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Austin wants to stand and escape but instead Cutler has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Cutler wants to finish this one by submission but Austin is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Cutler.

Cutler shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Austin pinned against the cage. Austin gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Cutler's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Austin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Austin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cutler swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Austin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Cutler looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Teflon Cutler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Austin is landing with some decent strikes but Cutler is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
