Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dana Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brownie Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gracie might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Era-Enea Vollare Mezzo. The crowd seem to be enjoying Jenkins's choice of entrance music: Higher. Brownie Jenkins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jenkins's waist but Jenkins gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side.
Jenkins throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gracie.

Gracie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Brownie Jenkins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Jenkins stuffs the takedown.
Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jenkins throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jenkins is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gracie.
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jenkins circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jenkins looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jenkins tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gracie swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gracie could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Gracie is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Jenkins pulls him back up using the underhooks.
