And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, New Dalton!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanov lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like New Dalton has been cut.
No joy there for Dalton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Dalton fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ivanov, pushing him back against the cage.
Dalton is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Ivanov is defending well for now.
Dalton has a couple of punches blocked by Ivanov.

Ivanov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ivanov with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Dalton lands a left and a right that send Ivanov crashing to the mat, dazed. Dalton thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Blagoi Ivanov has been cut.
New Dalton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dalton misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dalton throws a body punch but Ivanov moves out of range.
Dalton has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ivanov tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Ivanov shoots in but Dalton avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Dalton counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Ivanov! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Dalton!
