Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Donnie Darko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jasper Cox!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darko fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Cox looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Darko is looking to slow Cox down with leg kicks.
Darko throws a leg kick that is checked
and Cox counters with a good low kick that Darko was not able to check.
Darko comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Cox has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Darko lands a two punch combo.
Darko just misses with a punch to the body.
Nice defenses there by Cox.
A swing and a miss from Cox.
Darko with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Cox to score with a decent uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Cox counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Cox throws a body punch but Darko moves out of range.
Donnie Darko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Darko loads up on a big right hand but Cox slips the punch.

Cox cracks the inside of Darko's front leg.

Darko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Cox bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Darko's head.

Cox has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Darko misses with a wild body shot.
Cox avoids the body shot from Darko.
Darko scores with the left hand. Cox knows he should have avoided that one.
Darko is looking to wear down Cox with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
A slow jab from Cox misses its intended target.
Darko throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Darko takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Darko lands a nice hook to Cox's body. Cox takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Cox steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Darko.
Darko ducks under a wild hook from Cox.
Cox swings for the body but Darko moves out of range.
Darko misses with a jab, cross combination.

and Cox counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Darko scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Cox tries to work over Darko's front leg with a kick but Darko checks it.
Darko wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Darko scores with a hook.
Darko checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Darko is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cox.
Cox misses with a hook.

Cox forces Darko back against the cage and clinches.
Cox lands a right hand.
Darko can't find room to land a body shot as Cox controls the action.
Cox lands an uppercut.
Cox has a couple of punches blocked by Darko.
Cox misses with a body punch.

Cox lands with a light punch inside.
A nice left hand lands by Cox.
Cox lands a shoulder strike.
Cox misses with a punch on the inside.
Cox misses with a hook from the clinch.
Darko blocks a body shot from Cox.
Darko throws a head punch that misses.
Cox swings wildly with an uppercut but Darko uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cox can't find room to land a body shot as Darko controls the action.
Cox lands a left hand.

Darko misses with the head strike.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Cox presses Darko against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Darko throws a punch but it's blocked by Cox.
Darko blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Cox scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Cox scores with a nice hook to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jasper Cox dominated that round.

Cox sends Darko crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Cox is motioning to the referee to let Darko up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Darko ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cox moves away.
Cox lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Cox cracks Darko with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cox has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Darko to stand back up!

Darko is rocked!
Cox lands a right hook to the body.
Oh Darko is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cox finds Darko's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Darko flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Cox lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Darko will be OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jasper Cox!
