Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Erik Bariles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xiao Hua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bariles's entrance music is Thriller by Michael Jackson. A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hua throws a sloppy head kick and Bariles moves out of range easily.
Hua is looking to slow Bariles down with leg kicks.
Bariles throws the left hand but Hua avoids the punch easily.
Bariles throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hua lands a head kick!

It looks like Erik Bariles has been cut.
Hua moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hua thows a left - swing and a miss!
A punch combination from Bariles misses.
Hua throws an overhand right that lands on Bariles's shoulder, as Bariles tries to avoid the shot.
Xiao Hua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bariles on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Hua misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hua throws a sloppy head kick and Bariles moves out of range easily.
Hua takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hua fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bariles on the side of the head.
We've been told by Bariles's head coaches at Tenacity Elite - 17 Coaches that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Hua throws a nice inside leg kick.
Hua lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Hua cracks Bariles with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
