PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demetrius Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Floyd comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Make it bun dem- Skrillex ft. Damian Marley kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Floyd gets caught flat footed, as Anderson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Anderson stops Floyd from standing up.
Anderson wants to control from the top but Floyd keeps moving.
Anderson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Anderson won't allow Floyd to get back to his feet.
Anderson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Anderson throws a strike but Floyd rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Floyd really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Anderson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
