Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Carlito Sandalio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parish Thumbkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sandalio's entrance music is World's Greatest. A fine choice. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thumbkin throws a leg kick but Sandalio checks it.
A nice combination there by Sandalio.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sandalio, right into the meat.

Thumbkin misses with a shot to the body
and Sandalio counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Thumbkin dives in for a single leg takedown but Sandalio sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sandalio stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
A right handed body shot lands from Sandalio.

Sandalio lands with a short shot to the head.
Sandalio is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Thumbkin is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Sandalio pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Carlito Sandalio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Parish Thumbkin.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sandalio lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Sandalio pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Thumbkin seems to have recovered his senses.
Sandalio looks for the body kick but Thumbkin saw that one coming.
Sandalio fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Thumbkin.
Sloppy strikes from Sandalio. Those never looked like landing.
Nice jab there from Sandalio.
Sandalio drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Thumbkin right on the button. Thumbkin goes down! Sandalio follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Sandalio gets the win via TKO!

A relieved looking Carlito Sandalio thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
