Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Saintclair fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Morgan sprawls well initially but Saintclair persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Morgan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Morgan is defending against the submission attempts here by Saintclair.

Saintclair is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Morgan is just riding it out for now. Saintclair eventually gives up the hold.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Saintclair in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Morgan tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Saintclair!
