Jorge is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tropa de Elite. Tiago Jorge has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Raul Decampo's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decampo shoots in but no luck this time.
Decampo doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Jorge counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Decampo's guard now.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Decampo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jorge is aware though and is defending well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jorge passes Decampo's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Jorge in particular looking to stall.
Jorge looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Decampo with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Decampo has hold of Jorge's hands but Jorge slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Jorge takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Decampo has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Jorge seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Decampo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jorge connects with a nice short shot to Decampo's temple.
Jorge working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Jorge working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Jorge is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Decampo is hurt! He's hurt bad - Jorge fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Decampo from any more punishment! Congratulations to Jorge! Great finish!
