The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schmidt punishes Underwood's body with a nice straight punch.
Schmidt takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

It looks like Hung Underwood has been cut.
Schmidt throws a body kick that misses.
Underwood tries to clinch but Schmidt moves out of range.
Underwood lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Schmidt misses with a kick to the body
and Underwood counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Schmidt is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Schmidt scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Schmidt lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Underwood at a distance.

Schmidt lands a left and a right that send Underwood crashing to the mat, dazed. Schmidt thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Underwood is rocked!
Underwood walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Schmidt swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
