Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hullu Harri!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ed Frettish!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Frettish.
Harri ducks under a wild hook from Frettish.
Frettish scores with a punch to the head.
Frettish misses the jab.
Frettish looks to throw the jab but Harri is out of range.

Frettish sends Harri crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Frettish is motioning to the referee to let Harri up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Frettish looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Harri ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Frettish lands the left hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frettish throws a looping overhand right but Harri ducks down to avoid it.
Frettish falls off balance throwing a combination

and Harri counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Harri.
Harri pushing down on Frettish's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Harri looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Harri is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Harri sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Frettish defending well though.
Harri passes to side control.
Harri tries to advance to mount but can't.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Harri fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Harri tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Harri has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Frettish struggling a bit here.

Harri looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Frettish is avoiding damage well.

Harri has an Americana. Frettish didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Harri is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Harri hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Hullu Harri!
