Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tayfun Red (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ur Surt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tayfun Red!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Ur Surt!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Red connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Surt closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Surt tests Red's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Surt connects with a good right hand that stumbles Red. Red circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Red pushes Surt up against the cage in a clinch.
Red goes for a takedown attempt but Surt pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Red closes the distance and clinches.
A short right from Red.
Surt tries to break free but Red pushes him back against the cage.

Red is trying to push Surt away but Surt has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Surt wants to get back to striking at distance but Red won't allow it.

Red is pushing Surt up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Red jumps guard and drags Surt to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Red seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Red is on top in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Red throws a strike aimed at the side of Surt's head but Surt avoids it well.
Surt is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Red asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Red stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Surt scores with a sloppy right hand. Red should have avoided that one.

Red goes for a double leg but Surt avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Surt continues to drive forward.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Red throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Surt blocks it with crossed arms.

Red decides to pull guard.
Surt is looking to stand up but Red won't let him.
Red bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Surt's guard.

Surt is working an open guard so Red takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Surt bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Red's head backwards.
Red tries to close the distance and clinch but Surt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Surt. No joy for Red on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tayfun Red. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Surt connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Red momentarily.

Red dives in and grabs Surt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Surt pushes down on Red's head and hops out.

Red moves into the clinch successfully.

Surt is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Red manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Surt got a little sloppy there for a moment and Red has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Surt has managed to get both his arms back between Red's legs - danger averted.
Surt must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Surt wants to get up but he can't break Red's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Red thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

The fight stays on the outside here - Red looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Red takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Surt lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Surt smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Surt looks to land a combination but Red avoids it well.
Surt jabs at Red's body.

Red feints and as Surt raises his hands in defense, Red changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Red passes Surt's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Red seems to be working for a kimura but Surt defends the submission attempt.

Surt really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Red. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Red shoots in and drives through. Surt sprawls well.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Red.
Sloppy strikes from Surt. Those never looked like landing.
Red pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Red manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Surt on his heels. He'll look to pass Surt's guard now, I'm sure.

Surt changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Red gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Red manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Red slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Red has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Surt is defending well but eventually Red manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Surt has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
