The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaepernick misses the shot to the body.
Sackett throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sackett lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Sackett throws a leg kick but Kaepernick sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kaepernick ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sackett moves away.

Kaepernick walks forward, straight into a front kick from Sackett.
Kaepernick feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sacketts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Kaepernick looks to score with a jab to the body but Sackett is just out of range.
Kaepernick has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Sackett is looking to slow Kaepernick down with leg kicks.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kaepernick is trying to force a seperation but Sackett has the dominant position.
Sackett digs a right hand into Kaepernick's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Kaepernick's gas tank.
Kaepernick doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sackett creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Kaepernick wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Kaepernick escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nice uppercut lands for Kaepernick. That snapped Sackett's head back.

It looks like Flagon Sackett has been cut.

Kaepernick throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Sackett throws a push kick but Kaepernick slaps the foot to one side.
Kaepernick scores with the left hand. Sackett knows he should have avoided that one.

Kaepernick misses with a looping left.
Kaepernick looks to score with a jab to the body but Sackett is just out of range.
Sackett looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Kaepernick misses the shot to the body.
Sackett lands a lovely overhand right.
Kaepernick throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Colin Kaepernick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kaepernick lunges at Sackett with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sackett's hand.
Sackett looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Sackett scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kaepernick throws an off balance right hand
and Sackett counters with a solid body kick.
Kaepernick takes a swing at Sackett's ribcage but misses.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Sackett.
Kaepernick is breathing heavily.
Sackett's corner calls for a 1-2. Sackett obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

It looks like Colin Kaepernick has been cut.

Good leg kick by Sackett there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Sackett with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kaepernick to score with a decent uppercut.

A slapping leg kick lands for Sackett.
Sackett lands a glancing blow to the side of Kaepernick's head.

Sackett feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kaepernick sprawling to the canvas! Kaepernick rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sackett finish him?!

Kaepernick is rocked!
Sackett cracks Kaepernick with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
