Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Carlton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emeka Shakur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carlton comes to the cage accompanied by Samael - Baphomets Throne. Shakur has chosen Tatanka - Africa as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlton scores with a crisp jab that stopped Shakur in his tracks.

It looks like Emeka Shakur has been cut.

Carlton takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Carlton, as that shot connected.

Some bone on bone action there as Shakur checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Carlton is looking to chop away at Shakur's legs.
Carlton shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Carlton displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Shakur throws out the jab.

Shakur takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Carlton uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shakur.

Carlton cracks Shakur with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Carlton lands a left and a right that send Shakur crashing to the mat, dazed. Carlton thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Carlton lands a really nice looking cross but Shakur seems unphased.

That has opened up Emeka Shakur's cut even more.

Shakur moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Carlton takes a swing at Shakur's ribcage but misses.

Carlton lands a left and a right that send Shakur crashing to the mat, dazed. Carlton thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Carlton bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Shakur has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Shakur there as he acknowledges the shot.

The cut above Emeka Shakur's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Shakur throws a head kick but Carlton moves out of range.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Carlton has cracked Shakur with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Carlton lands another huge swinging hook and Shakur tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Shakur, before Carlton can land any more shots!
