The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stilakov drives through and clinches with Reese against the cage.

Reese jumps into guard, dragging Stilakov to the mat.

Stilakov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reese swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Stilakov drops back, looking for a kneebar! Reese looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Reese looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Reese!
Stilakov manages to work his way to half guard, despite Reese's best efforts.
Reese will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Stilakov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Stilakov.

Reese is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Stilakov has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Reese is looking to defend but Stilakov has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Reese! Stilakov pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Reese taps out and this one is all over!
