Van damm comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Life Goes On kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Chris Garcia has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia connects with a leg kick. Van damm looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Garcia scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Garcia looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
BOOM! Garcia lands a beautiful left hook that drops Van damm. Van damm tries to recover but Garcia is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Van damm lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
