Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Burt Stuart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derp Muigee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Burt Stuart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Derp Muigee!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muigee shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stuart pinned against the cage. Stuart gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Muigee looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Stuart!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Stuart is looking to regain half guard here but Muigee keeps moving and retains side control.
Muigee tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Stuart on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stuart tries to get out of the position.

Muigee wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Stuart, who protects the arm well.
Muigee is looking to take a break and control but Stuart is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Stuart manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Muigee manages to get himself to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Stuart drops back looking for a leg! Muigee is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Muigee manages to kick Stuart off! Stuart jumps back into Muigee's guard.
Muigee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Muigee moves in looking to clinch but Stuart pushes him off.
The fight stays on the outside here - Stuart looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Muigee throws a push kick but Stuart slaps the foot to one side.

Stuart knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Muigee on the ground.

Stuart is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Stuart wants to control but Muigee is keeping him busy.
Stuart is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Muigee reverses the position - he's now on top in Stuart's guard.

Stuart got a little sloppy there for a moment and Muigee has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stuart has managed to get both his arms back between Muigee's legs - danger averted.

We're going to have a standup here because Burt Stuart wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
