The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guerrero throws the left hand but Carmos avoids the punch easily.
Carmos tries to bum rush Guerrero with a series of wild strikes but Guerrero uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Carmos misses with a series of wild punches.
Sloppy strikes from Carmos. Those never looked like landing.
Carmos slips under a jab.
Carmos tries to sprawl but Guerrero drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Guerrero keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Guerrero is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Guerrero connects with a nice short shot to Carmos's temple.

Guerrero takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Guerrero looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Carmos with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Carmos is rocked!
Guerrero lands strikes from half guard.
Oh Carmos is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Guerrero looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
