And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ghazzi lands with a nice body punch.
Ghazzi closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Scott Power has been cut.
Ghazzi dips to his left and cracks Power with an uppercut!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Power moves forwards but Ghazzi connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Power showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ghazzi.
Power shoots in for a takedown but Ghazzi shows good takedown defense.
Power closes the distance and clinches up with Ghazzi, looking for a takedown. Power pushes Ghazzi against the cage but Ghazzi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Power shoots in for a takedown but Ghazzi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ali Ghazzi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Scott Power.
Power closes the distance and clinches up with Ghazzi, looking for a takedown. Power pushes Ghazzi against the cage but Ghazzi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Power fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Power is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ghazzi is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Power.
Power looks winded!
Power shoots in for a takedown but Ghazzi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Ghazzi feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Power sprawling to the canvas! Power rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ghazzi finish him?!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ghazzi jabs Power to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Power gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Ghazzi gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Power is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ali Ghazzi!
