Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Granite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Calzattrounewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Sebastian Granite!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Calzattrounewis!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Granite moves in looking to clinch but Calzattrounewis pushes him off.
Granite will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Calzattrounewis punishes Granite's body with a nice straight punch.
Granite tries to clinch but Calzattrounewis moves out of range.

Calzattrounewis closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Granite is looking for a sweep.

Granite manages to work his way to half guard, despite Calzattrounewis's best efforts.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Calzattrounewis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Granite circles away.
No joy there for Calzattrounewis, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Granite on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Calzattrounewis. Calzattrounewis obviously looking to wear him down.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Well, if Calzattrounewis is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Well Calzattrounewis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
