Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sawamura Kojo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tywinn Lannister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kojo comes to the ring accompanied by The Whistler. Sawamura Kojo has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sawamura Kojo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tywinn Lannister!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Kojo blocks the low kick.
Kojo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lannister.

Kojo is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lannister's half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kojo takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Kojo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lannister doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kojo.
Well, if Kojo is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Kojo is looking to advance position but Lannister won't allow it.
Kojo lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Lannister really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kojo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lannister is trying to get back to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kojo scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Kojo stops Lannister from getting back to his feet.
Kojo landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Kojo slows the pace down in half guard.
Kojo seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lannister for as long as he can get away with.
Kojo is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Lannister!

Kojo looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Kojo tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Lannister is bucking up trying to escape but Kojo cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Kojo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Kojo is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Kojo extends the arm and Lannister is forced to tap!
