Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Butch Coolidge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sigmund Freud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Coolidge might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black Betty. Butch Coolidge has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freud fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Coolidge throws a right and a left that both miss.
Coolidge throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Coolidge throws a nice looking combination but Freud bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Freud shoots in looking for a takedown. Coolidge tries to sprawl out of it but Freud keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Coolidge manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Freud avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nice defenses there by Freud.
Coolidge throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Freud shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Coolidge as he jumps to the side.
Butch Coolidge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sigmund Freud.
Coolidge looks to score with a jab to the body but Freud is just out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Freud throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Coolidge's waist but Coolidge gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Freud off to one side.
Freud avoids a punch combination nicely.
Freud tries for a takedown but Coolidge sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Freud decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Freud is working for a kimura but Coolidge is defending it quite comfortably.

Freud wants to lay and pray for a moment but Coolidge keeps working.
Coolidge might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Freud is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Coolidge on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Coolidge tries to get out of the position.

Coolidge throws a hook to the side of Freud's head but Freud sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Coolidge lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!


It looks like Sigmund Freud has been cut.
Coolidge keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Coolidge misses with a jab, cross combination.
Freud is looking to clinch but Coolidge is avoiding it.
Freud shoots in and drives through. Coolidge sprawls well.

Freud gets the takedown into side control.

Coolidge is trying to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Freud looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Freud is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Coolidge is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Coolidge tries to escape but Freud is in control.
Freud has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Freud looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Coolidge is in all sorts of trouble here.
Coolidge wants to hold on but Freud pushes him away.

Freud working for a submission but Coolidge is keeping him at bay.

Coolidge is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Freud locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Coolidge is forced to tap!
