Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Archway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Philip Orange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Philip Orange is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Archway closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Philip Orange showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Orange is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Orange uses his free foot to push down on Archway's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Archway.

Archway is trying to reverse the position but instead Orange has taken his back - oops!

Archway is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Orange gets his way!

Orange is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Archway with him. Archway is trying to defend but Orange has an arm under the chin now! Archway grimaces and is forced to tap out!
