Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ash Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Penn is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I need a Doctor by Eminem. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

It looks like Brian Penn has been cut.

Thomas buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Thomas lands a nice hook to Penn's body. Penn takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Penn drops his hands momentarily. Thomas doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Penn staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Penn doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
