Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Velemir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Won Megaton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Megaton is trying hard to land a takedown here. Velemir sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Megaton shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Velemir defends it nicely.
Velemir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Megaton tries to avoid it but Velemir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Megaton to the ground. Megaton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Megaton gets caught napping as Velemir dives in and scores a takedown. Megaton manages to retain guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Velemir lands a couple of elbows.
We've been hearing that Velemir has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Megaton looking for a guillotine here but Velemir defends easily.

Megaton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Velemir gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Megaton has momentary wrist control but Velemir slips an elbow through the middle.

Megaton is rocked!

It looks like Won Megaton has been cut.
Velemir has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Velemir postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Megaton covers up, he's hurt! Velemir keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Velemir and the ref steps in to end the fight! Velemir can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
