The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maaluf tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Turua paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Maaluf takes a swing at Turua's ribcage but misses.

The fight stays on the outside here - Maaluf looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Maaluf is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Turua closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Turua lands in his opponent's guard.
