The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jagatic swinging wildly here.
Bowens throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jagatic throws a right and a left that Bowens avoids nicely.

No joy there for Bowens, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Bowens is trying to break the clinch but Jagatic has him pressed against the cage.

Bowens lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Bowens scores with a one two! Jagatic had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Florijan Jagatic has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jagatic looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Jagatic takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Bowens lands a left and a right that send Jagatic crashing to the mat, dazed. Bowens thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Jagatic is rocked!
Bowens throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Jagatic crashing down! Jagatic tries to stagger back to his feet but Bowens just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Jagatic asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cody Bowens!
A relieved looking Cody Bowens thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
