Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hulk Hogan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, MR Tyson!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tyson drives through and clinches with Hogan against the cage.
Hogan can't get the takedown.

Tyson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Hogan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Hogan postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Tyson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hogan postures up in Tyson's guard and throws a big left but Tyson blocks it.

Hogan postures up and lands a big shot to Tyson's brow.
Hogan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Hogan is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Hogan lands a couple of decent looking shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Hogan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Tyson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tyson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Hogan lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Hogan postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Hogan prevents Tyson from getting back to his feet.
Tyson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hogan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hogan postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Tyson covers up, he's hurt! Hogan keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Hogan and the ref steps in to end the fight! Hogan can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hulk Hogan!
