Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blerim Hyka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maksim Veremko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hyka might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Iron Maiden - 'The Evil That Men Do'. Maksim Veremko is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hyka tries a head kick but it misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hyka.
Hyka looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Veremko tries to clinch but Hyka is having none of it.
Veremko cracks Hyka with a good jab.
Maksim Veremko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hyka buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hyka misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hyka swats away the attempt to clinch by Veremko.
Hyka connects with the punch.
Hyka keeps the fight on the outside.
Hyka wants to slow Veremko down by chopping away at his legs.
Hyka throws a jab when Veremko was well out of range.
A cross from Hyka lands.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hyka throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Hyka throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
That kick from Hyka tenderised Veremko's leg. Veremko is trying to keep his angry face on.

Hyka takes the fight into the clinch.

Hyka lands a left hand.
The referee is keeping an eye on Hyka - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Hyka working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Hyka manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Hyka looking to throw knees to the head but Veremko is blocking nicely.

Veremko is trying to push Hyka away but Hyka has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Hyka lands a big knee! That's hurt Veremko! Oh, he's all over the place! Hyka lands another knee that sends Veremko to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
