The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Ripper throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The Ripper misses with a takedown attempt

and Bashor counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bashor.
Bashor stops a takedown attempt from The Ripper.

Bashor has The Ripper pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bashor pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending The Ripper tumbling to the mat - Bashor dives into The Ripper's guard.
The Ripper has momentary wrist control but Bashor slips an elbow through the middle.
Bashor working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Bashor keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of The Ripper's head.

The Ripper has his feet on Bashor's thighs here. He's pushed Bashor off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Bashor screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
