The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Langley has closed the distance and engaged Kid in a clinch.
Langley tries to score a body lock takedown but Kid shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Langley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Langley misses with a head kick.
Kid lands with a straight right. Langley didn't see that one coming.

Langley closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Langley moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Langley decides to stand back up.
Langley with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kid to score with a decent uppercut.
Langley takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like Edwin Langley has been cut.

Langley drops his hands momentarily. Kid doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Langley staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Langley doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
