Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lucas C Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and War MachineTwo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
C Santana shoots in for a double leg but MachineTwo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
MachineTwo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and MachineTwo wants it to stay on the feet.
C Santana misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

C Santana closes the distance and clinches up with MachineTwo, looking for a takedown. C Santana pushes MachineTwo against the cage but MachineTwo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

C Santana misses with a head shot. MachineTwo uses the momentum to regain guard.
MachineTwo seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
C Santana is looking to work some ground and pound but MachineTwo has wrist control.
C Santana wants to control from the top but MachineTwo keeps moving.

MachineTwo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps C Santana's head backwards.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
C Santana shoots in for a takedown but MachineTwo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
