Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Saint Seiya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Gannicus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seiya comes to the cage accompanied by Pegasus Fantasy. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping body kick lands there for Gannicus.
Gannicus uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Seiya.
Seiya digs a good body shot into Gannicus's ribs.
Seiya works Gannicus's body with a nice hook.
Seiya throws a right and a left that both miss.
Seiya displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gannicus throws out the jab.
Gannicus throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Seiya definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Seiya throws a right and a left that Gannicus avoids nicely.
Gannicus throws a quick inside leg kick.
Seiya scores with a jab. Gannicus acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
The crowd cheers as Seiya lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gannicus doesn't seem phased though.

Seiya cracks a nice hook into Gannicus's ribs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

A nice inside leg kick there by Gannicus. That's going to slow Seiya down.
Seiya checks the leg kick nicely there.
Seiya connects with a body shot that sends Gannicus's belly button to the back.
Gannicus lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Seiya scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Gannicus fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Seiya.

Seiya blocks the body kick.
Gannicus shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Gannicus fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Seiya.
Gannicus feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Seiya's calf.
Seiya stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Gannicus misses with a kick to the body.
Gannicus moves forwards but Seiya connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Seiya throws a series of punches but Gannicus moves out of range.
Seiya is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Seiya connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Gannicus tumbling to the canvas! Seiya pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Gannicus was done - good stoppage!
