Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dell Optiplex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mason Dixie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixie looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Dixie scores with a nice strike.
Optiplex throws a right and a left that Dixie avoids nicely.
Dixie dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Optiplex. That did some damage!
Dixie connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Optiplex momentarily.

Optiplex is rocked!
Dixie pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oh Optiplex is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dixie misses with a series of wild punches.
Dixie throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Optiplex counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Dixie is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Dixie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dixie throws a sloppy head kick and Optiplex moves out of range easily.
Optiplex seems to have got his legs back now.
Optiplex takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Optiplex on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Dixie thows a left - swing and a miss!
Dixie lands with a nice body punch.

Dixie throws a looping overhand right but Optiplex ducks down to avoid it.
An inside leg kick lands from Dixie.
Dixie circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Optiplex drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Dixie follows Optiplex to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Mason Dixie thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
