The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzales cracks Mcdonald with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Trey Mcdonald has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mcdonald looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Mcdonald fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Gonzales misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A jab lands there for Gonzales.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mcdonald shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gonzales pinned against the cage. Gonzales gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mcdonald closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gonzales circles away.
Hector Gonzales has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Trey Mcdonald.
A punch lands to the side of Mcdonald 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Gonzales throws a leg kick which misses Mcdonald's front leg but catches the back leg as Mcdonald tries to avoid it.
Mcdonald looks winded!
Mcdonald closes the distance and clinches up with Gonzales, looking for a takedown. Mcdonald pushes Gonzales against the cage but Gonzales circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mcdonald is trying desperately to land a takedown but Gonzales is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Mcdonald.
Gonzales connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Mcdonald to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Gonzales!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Hector Gonzales!
