Nice uppercut there from Dog.
Al Shami misses with a double jab.
Al Shami wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Dog misses with a body shot.
We've been told by Al Shami's head coaches at Australian Xtreme Elite Stand Up Training that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Dog looks to score with a jab to the body but Al Shami is just out of range.

Al Shami takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Dog scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Dog has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Al Shami throws a right hand that Dog ducks under and follows up with a left that Dog also avoids with ease.

Dog fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Al Shami is breathing heavily.
Dog uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Dog lands a big right hand that sends Al Shami crashing to the mat! Dog stays standing though and waves Al Shami back to his feet!

Al Shami's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dog connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Al Shami scrambles back to his feet.
Oh Al Shami is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Al Shami backs away from a small jab... but Dog lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Al Shami crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Dog with a spectacular finish!

Bull Dog decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
