Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tap Out!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Amelie Poulain!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Out with that takedown attempt.
Out throws a head kick that misses.
Tap Out seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Poulain scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Ground and pound from Poulain.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Poulain lands a nice short elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nice strikes from Poulain there.
Poulain content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Out has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Poulain is working away from the top position though.
Poulain wants to pass to mount but Out is defending the position.
Out slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Poulain wants to control from the top but Out keeps moving.
Poulain won't allow Out to get back to his feet.
Poulain postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Poulain controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Out is looking for a triangle but Poulain pushes his legs off easily.

Out looking for a guillotine here but Poulain defends easily.
Out has momentary wrist control but Poulain slips an elbow through the middle.
Out keeping moving, preventing Poulain from controlling successfully.
Poulain advances to half guard.
Poulain working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Poulain is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Out actively working from the bottom here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Poulain is looking to take a break and control but Out is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Poulain works his foot free and advances to mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Poulain is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Out can't stay in a position like this for much longer.


It looks like Tap Out has been cut.
Out working to try and regain half guard.
Poulain putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Out wants to control but Poulain is having none of it.
Poulain lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.


Tap Out's cut is getting worse.
Out is in a horrible position here. Poulain smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.


Jeez, Tap Out's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tap Out's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Amelie Poulain!
After winning the bout, Amelie Poulain thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
