Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ultimate Chaos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Laranja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chaos comes to the cage accompanied by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z78q_yvMYuQ. Laranja has chosen best of renato as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Renato Laranja was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Renato Laranja!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laranja shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Chaos defends it nicely.
Chaos bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Chaos darts in and clinches Laranja up against the cage.
Laranja jumps guard but Chaos turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Laranja fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Ultimate Chaos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Renato Laranja.
Laranja tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Chaos just stands there and leans against the cage.
Laranja is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Chaos to keep the fight standing.
Laranja tries for a takedown but Chaos manages to get underhooks.

Chaos breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Renato Laranja seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Chaos counters by clinching up.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Chaos.

Chaos gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chaos postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Chaos controlling from the top position.
Laranja keeping moving, preventing Chaos from controlling successfully.
Chaos slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Ultimate Chaos has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Chaos looking to score a takedown here. Laranja is defending well but Chaos drives through and ends up in Laranja's guard.
Laranja can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Chaos controls the pace.

Laranja throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Chaos escapes and throws Laranja's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Laranja is trying to improve his position.
Chaos passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Laranja!
Chaos is landing with some decent strikes but Laranja is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Chaos cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Chaos lands a couple of good shots and Laranja has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Chaos keeps control of the position as Laranja tries to break free.
Chaos is riding his opponent, not letting Laranja buck him off.
Laranja is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Chaos is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Laranja up.

Chaos is cranking Laranja's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Laranja! He's tightened the choke and Laranja is tapping out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Ultimate Chaos!
In his post fight interview, Ultimate Chaos started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
