Takaraivo misses with an attempted mid kick.
Vihtala takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Nyyrikki Takaraivo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Takaraivo tries to move into range but Vihtala moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Vihtala blocks a head kick by Takaraivo.
Takaraivo misses with a kick to the body
and Vihtala counters with a three punch combo that has Takaraivo backing up. Takaraivo nods at Vihtala to acknowledge the strikes.

Takaraivo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Vihtala drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Takaraivo right on the button. Takaraivo goes down! Vihtala follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Vihtala gets the win via TKO!
