A fine choice. Light has chosen Ride for This-Fabolous as his entrance music. Clayton Kosh could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bobby Light's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Light shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kosh as he avoids it easily.

Light closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Light lands in his opponent's guard.

Kosh looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Light makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

It looks like Clayton Kosh has been cut.
Kosh wants to sweep here but Light controlling him for the moment.
Light postures up in Kosh's guard and throws a big left but Kosh blocks it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Light accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Light has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Kosh dives in for a single leg takedown but Light sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Light makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Jeez, Clayton Kosh's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
