Zaraki throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Johnnie Wait has been cut.
Wait tries to bum rush Zaraki with a series of wild strikes but Zaraki uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wait misses with a series of wild punches.
Wait lands with a good body shot.
Wait throws a lazy uppercut
and Zaraki counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zaraki lands a big head kick that sends Wait tumbling to the mat! Zaraki takes a step backwards and waves Wait back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Wait missing with a left hand there. Zaraki was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Wait is still on wobbly legs! Can Zaraki finish him?
Wait looks to land a left hand but Zaraki moved out of range nicely.
Johnnie Wait seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zaraki is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Wait like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Wait from another fist facial!
