The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Park defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Falten.
Falten changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Park tries to avoid it but Falten manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Park to the ground. Park escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Falten tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Park defends well and Falten ends up having to push Park into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gonolev Falten. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Falten wants to take the fight to the mat but Park manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
