The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Lorsac with that takedown attempt.
Lorsac tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gukepshev swivels and escapes.
Lorsac looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Grigory Gukepshev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gael Lorsac.
Gukepshev lands a glancing blow to the side of Lorsac's head.
Lorsac is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gukepshev sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Lorsac gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Gukepshev points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Lorsac wakes up just in time to hear Gukepshev thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

A relieved looking Grigory Gukepshev thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
