Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rosco Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belfort misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Belfort.
Jenkins fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Jenkins shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jenkins was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Jenkins looking to ground and pound but Belfort is blocking nicely.

Jenkins looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Belfort really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jenkins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jenkins has control of Belfort's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Belfort regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Jenkins has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
